General Terms of Service

1. Application of Terms

These general terms apply to all services provided by our company, except where a specific written agreement prevails or where mandatory local law requires otherwise.

2. Provision of Services

We commit to delivering our services with the level of care and expertise that is reasonably expected, based on your instructions. The reports we provide apply only to the tested samples and not necessarily to the entire batch. Samples are retained for a maximum period of three months, after which they may be returned or destroyed at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all necessary information and instructions for the execution of services, ensuring access to service locations, and maintaining safety conditions on the sites.

4. Pricing and Payments

Fees are based on our standard rates unless otherwise arranged. Payment is due within 30 days of billing. Late payment penalties will apply if payment is delayed.

5. Suspension and Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to remedy a breach of these terms within ten days of notification.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the terms specified in these conditions. We are not responsible for indirect losses or damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the client. The client is obliged to indemnify our company against any third-party claims resulting from the execution of services.

7. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these terms will be governed by French law and subject to arbitration by the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
